Due to the mandated Enhanced Community Quarantine, we are temporarily suspending our pick up and delivery services from March 29 to April 4, 2021. We will resume our pick ups and delivery on April 5, 2021. Our online shop remains open while keeping our team safe and adhering to government regulations and guidelines. Stay safe everyone.
For pick ups, you will receive a pick up confirmation email and instructions when your order is ready to pick up. You will need this to claim your order.
Arrival of your order depends on your delivery address and the shipping option you chose during checkout. We always try to ship orders as fast as possible.
Delivery estimates exclude weekends and holidays, pending credit card approval or bank transfers clearance and verification. Raptor reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud and/or billing and shipping validation. Affected customers will be notified by Raptor's Customer Service.
Payment date and time for bank transfers will be based on the date and time when proof of payment was sent to Raptor for instantaneous or real-time transfers or when bank has cleared transfer, whichever is latest. Floating status and bank clearance of your transfer will depend on your chosen transfer method.
For Metro Manila orders:
- Free standard shipping takes 3-10 working days upon payment.
- Expedite Shipping takes 1-3 working days upon payment.
- Special Shipping takes 1-3 working days upon payment but with an additional instruction such as gift wrapped item, assembled item, or etc.
For outside Metro Manila orders:
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 noon are considered next business day orders. For example, payment was made on Thursday 11 AM with Expedite Shipping, then the latest delivery date will be Monday. If payment was made on Thursday 1 PM with expedite shipping, then the latest delivery date will be Tuesday.
Please understand that there may be delivery exceptions due to circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather condition, unforeseen holidays, government lockdowns/mandates, etc. In these cases, we will inform you as soon as we can of any updates about your delivery.
Please make sure that you or an authorized personnel is there to receive your package within the estimated shipping dates and that the mobile number in the shipping details is correct. Our courier will only wait 15 minutes upon arrival at your address and upon attempting to contact you via mobile. If no one receives the package, the mobile provided incorrect or courier calls/SMS remains unanswered within the 15 minutes, then it will be considered as delivery failure.
We will only do one delivery attempt. The next attempt after first failure is subject to a shipping charge of Php 1000.00.
